The purpose of this website is to inform all of its users and visitors about the various products, services, solutions and tools offered by XOne technology, as well as about the mobility apps available in the various app stores.

As a general rule, the relationships between COMPUTER GLOBAL SOFTWARE SL XONE and the Users of its online services available on this website are subject to Spanish law and jurisdiction.

User use and access

The User is informed of, and accepts, that access to this website and to the mobility apps developed with XOne does not in any way constitute the start of a business relationship with COMPUTER GLOBAL SOFTWARE SL XONE or any of its branches.

Intellectual and industrial property

This website (xone.es) does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies: it does not install its own or third-party cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not embed third-party content. Videos are linked to YouTube and open on its website, under its own terms. That is why no consent notice is displayed.

Data we process. This website has no forms and no user registration. If you write to us by email (for example, from the Contact page), we will process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message) in order to reply to you and, where applicable, to prepare the offer or service you request. Like any web server, the one hosting this website may log technical connection data (IP address, date and requested page) for security purposes.

Legal basis. Your consent when you write to us and, when you request information about our products or services, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

XOne MDM privacy

1. Account information

As an XOne MDM customer, we only collect private information that you provide to us voluntarily. Where necessary, and in order to provide the service offered, data such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses may be requested for the purpose of creating your account and fulfilling our service commitment.

We treat any personal information you provide to us confidentially and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Information obtained from your devices or your personal data will only be used for the proper use of the application and its correct operation.

This information will never be sold or shared with third parties, unless otherwise specified in this policy or under the exceptions permitted by law.

2. Information collected by the XOne MDM console

Because it is a device management system, installing and using XOne MDM requires your express authorization to grant usage permissions for the following:

We will retain the personal data we process on behalf of our customers for as long as necessary to provide the contracted services.

Personal information will be retained and used as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce established agreements.

5. Testimonials

We publish customer testimonials on our website that may contain personally identifiable information.

We obtain the customer’s consent by email before publishing the testimonial in order to publish their name along with their testimonial.

6. Data usage

When a device uses XOne MDM services, data is transmitted to and from the mobile device; this transmission and any associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Email

Email may be used to contact you with notifications considered to be of interest, or that are necessary for the proper operation of the services. It will never be used to send spam.

If you receive unsolicited email that mentions XOne MDM or its services, please notify us at admon@xone.es so that we can investigate the origin of those messages
