It has more than 20 processing centers, equipped with the latest technology to process and manage the cash deposited by customers, with online information throughout the entire process.
Initially it had a solution that mobilized its operational processes, but with no options for synchronizing data with headquarters: its old application did not have a data replication system that allowed optimal communication with headquarters, which made process optimization very difficult.
